Darren first came across the embroidery industry while on a trip to New York some 20 years ago. Investigating the sector upon his return and along with his brother, they decided to set up Pineapple Joes Ltd and forge ahead in the business.

Building up a comprehensive knowledge of the business over the last 20 years, Darren travels extensively to meet with suppliers and manufacturers across the Far East and deals with the importing and quality control; liaising with the companies in all aspects of the supply side of the company.

Over the 20 year history of Pineapple Joes, Dean has taken charge of customer accounts and relations. As the company has grown, he has constantly adapted to the increasing demand for a responsive and effective customer service practice. Dean ensures that each customer’s order matches their specific requirements; from discussing different product manufacturing techniques to arranging a delivery or collection that is suitable.
